Terms of use
Agreement for using the Subtrakt Audio website and the Subtrakt macOS app.
License
A paid Subtrakt license grants a non-exclusive right to use the macOS app on machines allowed by your license terms. The 14-day trial lets you preview and A/B; export remains locked until a valid license is entered.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the audio you process, including rights to AI-generated material and compliance with distributor or platform rules. Subtrakt does not hide AI provenance and does not remove watermarks.
Updates
1.x updates are included with the license. A future 2.0 may be offered as a paid upgrade. Features marked “coming later” are not part of the current deliverable.

Software is provided as-is. Documented controls include Streaming −14 LUFS / −1.0 dBTP; we do not guarantee acceptance by any particular distributor.
